Resident Evil 2 "Sherry in a dirty hospital gown" 1 P

Fluffy Mod Manager is required. Unzip it anywhere.
Place the mod rar file in the Mod Manager folder. Under Games\RE2R\Mods\ 
Run the Mod Manager, select the Resident Evil 2 remake. Click Manage Mods.
This mod should be listed. Click it. A green tick symbol should appear next to it.
The mod should now be installed.
